Following a recent Course Survey, it has been decided to alter the Rally route.
The Event was proposed to travel from Corryong to Cooma on Day Two, however, with the forecast of a bumper snow season and as the route that was originally chosen traveled through the Kosciuszko National Park and the Snowy Mountains Highway, there is the risk of road closures or, at a minimum, the need to carry and/or fit snow chains. The Event Schedule for Tuesday now travels from Albury to Corryong Airport for Auto-Tests and Sprits then onto Tumut for the overnight stop-over. Wednesday, the Event travels from Tumut to Canberra for the Sutton Road venue.
